This project will provide new facilities for the Children’s Center. The 15,317 square foot, single-story, multi-building facility will be located in Lot A and will accomodate up to 240 children. This project also includes extensive outdoor play areas and onsite drop-off and visitor parking.

Eastside Parking Structure
This Design Build project will provide a 1,500 space, 6-level parking Structure to be located in the south end of Lot E. This project includes a pedestrian plaza and walkway, Visitor Information Center and roadway modifications to Folino Drive.

STUDENT HOUSING Phase III
This is a Design-Build project to construct dormitory style student housing units (1,064 beds), two (2) Residential Community Coordinator apartments, two (2) Faculty-In-Residence apartments, administrative offices, conference and multi-purpose rooms, laundry and mail facilities, a recreational lounge, a convenience store, a maintenance facility, a central plant and a dining/kitchen facility. The buildings (maximum five stories) will be located on the campus adjacent to the existing Resident Halls. Site improvements will include a piazza, landscaping, a loading dock, signage, trash enclosures, bicycle enclosures and surface parking lots. Miscellaneous offsite electrical and telecommunication upgrades will be required. Existing campus utilities will remain protected in place, be relocated and/or extended, including a brand new 12” sanitary sewer line that is approximately 1,500 linear feet in length.
